I had the privilege of being mentored by Rick during my secondment to the Quality department. Rick's natural leadership qualities, coupled with his boundless enthusiasm and energy, were instrumental in our team's success. Under his guidance, I not only gained insight into the world of CQI but also learned invaluable lessons on effective facilitation, coaching, and the art of truly understanding one's audience to make a meaningful impact.

Rick's knowledge of CQI processes is laudable and his eagerness to share that knowledge and demonstrate the value a CQI mindset can deliver is contagious. He understands that while technology and work process are key to quality improvement, buy-in from people is critical for success. Rick's positive energy and instinctive leadership skills are sure to ignite enthusiasm in any team.
